Latest news.
Got a phone call on Friday from Rossleigh. There engineer has been working with LR Tech to find the fault on the car. Eventaully they have removed an exhaust gas recycling unit, whilst out of the car the they visually inspected the left hand side one and have found a fault with it. This was then tinkered with, replaced and the car started and is working prefectly OK.
There are two EGR units both sides of the engine. These are now going to be replaced. One is in stock and the other is being shipped from Europe, 4 days unless LR Customer service can improve.
The Service guy told me that there where 2 other cas in the dealers with the same fault. They where fixing mine first (as they've had it for nearly three weeks) and using it to learn how to fix the other two, or so I was told.
Is there a fault batch of these EGR units in the field? According to the dealer LR have told him that there is a material fault with them!!!
Shouldn't be too long now until I've got my car back. Standing on the shoulders of Giants.

I've chatted with my dealer (Austral Land Rover in Brisbane), who say that they've never before heard of the engine power failure problem I experienced, and that Land Rover Australia has not given any instruction to replace turbo's. Their advice is to keep driving until it happens again, then bring it back and they'll have another look. Well the next time I lose power might be more catastrophic than the last two, so I'm reluctant to let them off the hook so easily. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get Land Rover Australia to acknowledge this problem and do something about fixing it? 2005 D3 TdV6 HSE Buckingham Blue

i do the lawyer and after a simply legal warning , that I have written to Land Rover, they have resolved every problem with a technical intervention that is lasted a week.
Sincerely I have not understand what they have done but the problems are missing.
