Dealers have D5 as courtesy car
Interesting to find out that earlier when dropping in my D4 that my local dealer has a D5 in their courtesy fleet so early into launch. I thought they would have all been tied up as test drive vehicles and customer orders.
Unfortunately I was too young to take it so got stuck with a DS, 16 miles covered and already can't wait to get rid!MY2023 Discovery 5 R-Dynamic 3.0

I know the DS is not in the same league as the D4 but is it really that bad?

For me at 6ft 7 I just can't get comfortable. It also just feels like any other middle of the road higher vehicle, just my opinion

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, having driven this 200+ miles I would describe it as having "poke"
The uncomfortable people in the back can dial their own temperature

Peter, how does the tan interior look in the flesh so to speak ? Its very difficult to get a proper perspective from photos etc, but I am considering Namib Orange with the tan interior.

Why do you have to be 25? I'm 24 and the last 2 times my discovery has been in I've had brand new rrs's? Why do you have to be 25 to get hold of a D5? or is just your dealer?

When I went for my test drive, the salesman couldn't drive the 3.0lt V6 because he was under 25, but he was allowed to drive the 2.0lt version.
