When one of mine was tight to move I used an old impact driver I had - the manual sort you turn whilst hitting with a lump hammer
 I see no ships........

Difficult to apply a shock using an L shaped key.
Impact rated bit definitely desirable.
Assuming that you don't have an impact screwdriver/ wrench I would suggest either an impact bit in a 1/4" to square drive converter socket or a T50 square drive socket.
Hammering, (1 blow should be enough), is easier using a T bar.

Ok I trashed an impact torx bit too. That bolt was stuck in there. I drilled it out. I used a 10mm HSS bit and carefully drilled (slow speed, lubricated with WD40) until I saw the edge of the head start to separate. A bit further and it fell out. That let the disc come off. I could then easily see the back of the bolt protruding about 5 or 6mm behind the hub. I drilled a bit of the core of the remaining stub out to take some tension off the thread and then used a bolt extractor on the protruding bit to screw it right through and out the back. Worked a treat. New bolts ordered from LR in pack of 5 for around £10.
