United States 2007 LR3 4.4 V8 SE Auto Stornoway GreyLR3

My Italian is not very good so I will let you Google Translate this!

When I needed replacements for my LR3 here in Austin Texas, I chose these Hankook tyres. Although the name may not be as well known as some of the other big companies, I was extremely happy with their performance and price on my Audi so I was confident their brand would not be disappointing.

I've had these on for about 1000 miles so far and although I have only used them on the road, I am very happy with the handling and low road noise. We don't get much rain here but when we do it tends to be flash flooding and the wet handling seems to be fine - no scary feeling of aquaplaning or loss of grip.

The cost to me was about $800 installed and fitted. They look great on the standard wheels too Razz

Thanks for your contribute Stu. Thumbs Up
I hate when car loses side control in the wet or when steering seems to be no more because of aquaplaning.
I've read in several forums that this tire provides good grip on the road (dry and wet) and also good resistance to off-road. The price is very competitive compared to other AT tires and aesthetically looks very gritty and aggressive.

800$ is a good price and so I will make a side trip to Austin in order to install 4x Hankook on my D3...... Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Cheers,
Federico

Fatemi sapere.
