Same problem... Where can I get the part?

I have the exact same problem, I have somehow snapped the same piece that sits within the housing, I'd be really grateful if someone could show me where to get just this piece... Not the whole kit replacement... There seems to be a lot of reference to 'TBO' can someone please also clarify what this is? Cheers!
