Angelfire Awesome Pic.
I have general Grabbers on my Disco and love them, noticeable improvment on dirt/gravel roads. Pushed the fuel consumption up by about 1.5L/hundredI will go anywhere, as long as it be forward. David Livingstone

Ah but in your dining room?? Makes all the difference.
Derek, surely most of them will be many years old before you get round to using them?
...and I'm sure Ken can tell you why you shouldn't use old tyres..... The End

Nope, checked dates, most only couple of years old. Early ones replaced due to punctures. Also when stored it's mostly been in the dark! They go on post Tunisia for winter snow/playing and will stay on til spring, plus a set for SWMBO's car if we have the odd light dusting like last year.
All this talk of winter is going to put me into therapy, at least you lot had a summer!!

I'm running AT2s and love them, very little extra noise not tried them in winter yet though.
Paid £130 each including tax and fitting etc, last month locally. Why buy a car when you can buy a Land Rover.....because I'm worth it.

Excellent in these conditions:

Used in roads that are a combo of cleared(ish), slushy (then refrozen), deep snow, light dusting, ruts, chewed up, you name it, it was great in them.

I'm going by my own experience on driving in the conditions for over 3 months last winter, and month or so last winter and the one before (where we had proper snow on the roads), and they did brilliantly. Other's experiences may be different but that's up to them and how they drive.

Personally I found MTR's good on the sort of snow that DSL experienced last winter. But I can honestly say that I found them pretty dire on icy or slushy roads. But that's hardly suprising given the tread design and hard compound.
