..... a template for others to modify accordingly?
What, like make it a bit smaller?I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

On a serious note Adrian, have you been making measuring and cutting notes as you've gone along? You know, something that could be sold on as a basis for a template for others to modify accordingly?

A few updates
Each door has to have a support for the rubber and to stop the door falling inwards. I have used some 2mm ali which will be riveted on ( with some sealant underneath aswell ) . Done 3/4 of them , but need a few more strips cutting to finish them off

Got hold of some 18" marine ply .Needed 2 sheets 8x4 ft , as cant get the size needed out of 1 sheet .
Picked it up on the G4 roof rack ..and got some 12mm ply for boarding out while i was there .
The underside will be painted with some black water proof paint as added protection .The top will be lined with this water / oil resistant rubber matting ..with a slight chequer plate pattern on it .

Cooker / sink
Picked up this of ebay when i first had my trailer idea , cost about £30 .
Needs a bit of a clean underneath ..job for another day .
Knocked up this frame to stand it on .
Fits perfect
Its going to end up here
Its going to end up comming out of here ( small drop down door already made for it )
on these runners
Something like this
The whole thing will be covered with something ..proberly ali ..and steel under the cooker part ...may even make a draw under the drainer ..see what time i have .
Just need to work out the ideal height for the grill
If any ones knows if you can buy the knobs for the gas cooker on there own , please let me know ...there are only 2 on this one ..and a bit tatty
Hope you like the cooker idea ..i thought it was quite a cool idea G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Best thing for getting a spark off your eye is the chewed end of a match and a steady hand.

Forget the needles. A BIG magnet is what you want. Like they have at scrapyards that pick cars up . I'm sure a spec of metal will just fall out then.

I just hope that the hole that the bit of metal went in didn't close up behind it. I'm £$%^& scared of things in the eye, and had that happen once a long time ago. Removal was done while fully awake and eyes wide open....... Let's stop there, it might upset the faint hearted, but no blood.
Thankfully the lump of metal was not in a critical place.Rob Smith
