Ad, Loving following this thread, I'm hopeful that you'll get it complete before Hogmoor and bring it with you.
Wouldn't it be better to have the water tank below the fridge rather than on top - I would think that water would want to be as low as possible? I'm sure you have thought about this though.
Is it going to end up Tangiers orange?D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Stu ... I don't intend lugging any water around .. It's only for when I get on site .
I do have other options for the water tank so nothing deffinate yet .
The space above the fridge is useless for much else ..
Not sure about the orange colour yet ..G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I think you need to go Orange!
There is a very good reason for going orange as well. When you and Lee go away together everyone will see his Orange Sankey and assume he copied you - that's got to be satisfying. D3 HSE MY05 Auto

So he's copied me then!
Black does make the interior of the trailer very hot (on those rare days when it's sunny!) So much so that I'm convinced you could fry and egg on it sometimes!Bodsys Brake Bible

Been on with the door frames today ...got a few done and quite happy with them .
Spent most of the time debating with the wife which way they should open ...
And another 3 doors on this side ..but not finished grinding the weld down on those yet
My only concern is the hinges on this picture ( right hand 2 doors )
I have positioned the hinges 75mm from the top , same at the bottom , and the third smack bang in the middle . Because the 2 doors are different lenghts ...the hinges look odd . Its the only place this shows ...as the other side middle door lifts up , so you dont notice .
If i re- weld the hinges the same as the right hand door , they are going to be uneven on the middle door.
There is a plate that goes behind were the hinges go , which will have the door seal on ..so im hoping when its all painted and you cant see any gaps it wont look to bad .
Does it look odd ?G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Looking good so far Adrian.
You either have the hinges equally spaced, as you do or space them to what looks good to the eye. Split the difference on the middle one, maybe?ATB

Adrian, by the time you have the door skins on and the door seals, you won't really notice I think. Additionally, if you line the hinges up, IMHO it will look wrong as you expect the door hinges to be spaced evenly on the door, regardless of if they are next to each other. If the doors were the same size, then yes it would look odd unless it was lined up. But they're not, so stick with them as is.
Not expensive compared to paint, will keep details on open forum to a minimum until ben has confirmed sponsorship with Martin - but it doesn't have to be plain. You could cover it with OS Maps, pics, etc anything you fancy and in any pantone colour you choose
Oh and if you damage it, you can patch it with hardly any visible join "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

On a serious note Adrian, have you been making measuring and cutting notes as you've gone along? You know, something that could be sold on as a basis for a template for others to modify accordingly? Bodsys Brake Bible
