Should I get a set of 5mm as well then? Just in case the 9.5mm doesn't allow enough thread?57 RRS TDV8

I'd get larger ones from TBR

A quick pic with the current Coninental 275/45/20's
The inner rim is sooo close to the arm and the extra height of the grabbers brings it onto the joint.

I've also just spoken to Yeovil LR (very helpful) and if these wheels are not LR then they're a bloody close match.
I've found the serial number on the back of one of the spokes, just need to find the LR stamp (unable to quite see it with wheel on).
Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated 57 RRS TDV8

I think if i was you i would be booking my car car into a dealer (probably Yeovil given your location) to get the components and suspension geometry fully investigated as something seems not right here, maybe even dangerously so And i would want to be sure the vehicle i carry my family in is 100% safe I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I didn't necessarily mean the nearest stealer, but the one you can trust to advise you properly. If you trust your local dealer then no problems I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

You need to note that when comaring the gap to upright between your D3 and mine, they are different wheels!
ie V spokes versus Stormers.
You will see in the enlarged pic from my avatar, that my front wheel sits more proud than the V Spoke.
It's that that equates to the difference in gap.
I'd be more concerned in the comparatives between other V spokes with Grabbers.
Reckon you should pm Discocuzzy for his take on the clearance he had with the 295 Grabbers and V spokes.

I feel that Discocuzzy is key to the answer on this.
If I happened to pick him up wrong and he didn't fit the Grabbers [though I don't think I did pick him up wrong], then I know of nobody else who has fitted that size to their V spokes....... always on the road less travelled 🚧
