I will take some pics and share them on here of both the sensors and the gauges. I am happy with how simple and straightforward it was.
I do have another question for both of you, and this one may be a challenge.
The LR3 has two plastic "covers" that attach on both sides of the OEM skid plate that protects the oil filter. Each cover is curved and uses plastic trim pieces to hold to the frame. They are there to keep dirt and debris out of the engine area more than anything, although they could protect against small sticks and such as well. Hopefully I have explained these sufficiently. Now the question. Do either of you know what this trim piece is called? I need to find some on eBay and I don't even know what to call them to search.

Hi Eric,
Take a look at lrcat, think I’ve captured the link to the parts you need, if not it’ll be there somewhere

Temperature or pressure, a physical measurement sensor can read any fluid, it wont care what. The only limitation apart from range will be if the fluid can attack it in some way.
The restriction is that a temperature sensor will only be accurate if it is in the fluid flow. The pressure sensor doesn't care.
I like this pressure sensor which both has an electronic output for a remote display and a local display
