Have you checked the rubber seal between the air box and the inner wing?
Mine looks a bit worn and seems easy to displace when fitting air box.
Had problem with RAI on a def 200 defo noticed slight reduction in power when its plumbed in.

I havent, but that would just let more air easier, only in as requested to be pulled from the engine wouldnt it?

Your D3's fuel pressure seems to struggle to get above 600 bar when Mike's cleanly hits 1000 bar, but the fact it appears to be still building pressure on the decay looks quite odd.

There is some sort of pressure regulator- mine was replaced under warranty before the HPFP, which cured my ESF some time ago.Mark.
