Washer bottle pipe connector
After an afternoon spent taking of the front of the D3 and checking out the washer bottle to find the cause of a leak, I've found that it is coming from the connector onto the pipe leading to the headlight washers. I've replaced the O ring washers but now can't get the connector to refit. I'm now thinking the the L shaped connector at the end of the tube may be the fault as it's not gripping. Photo of the part is below, does anybody know the correct name for this or ideally the part number please?
(Sorry about the poor focussing!)

Re: Washer bottle pipe connector
Phat Face, did you manage to find a supplier for the connector? I'm after the same thing but as a straight through rather than elbow.

I may have one or two of these knocking about in my workshop from an old bumper I stripped if you get stuck. Knowing where to look for them would be the problem. Dave.

Same issue with leak - tried to replace o rings but didnt have any thin enough
So thought PTFE tape wrapped around existing o-rings might work - no drips now

I've just had this problem after replacing the washer bottle, obviously it didn't like being disturbed.
The O rings (there are two of them) are different sizes. The rear is 8mm ID and the tip is 7mm ID the thickness of both appear to be 1.1mm.
I replaced both of mine with 1.5mm thickness and 6.8mm ID and 7.8mm ID O rings. When I reassembled I put a very small amount of MS4 silicon grease on the spigot, this helps when pushing the elbow onto the spigot. It's now nice and tight Cheers, Chris in Cambridge

Ian the number/letters are the material codes not part number. PA is Nylon, 6 or 66 is the type, GF is glass filled and the number is the percentage fill . So the first two are galss reinforced nylon the last PBT - GF30 polybutylene terephthalate 30% glass reinforced
