Heater Fan/Blower works then stops then works again?

Just wondering if anyone can help please.

This morning I noticed after a little bit of driving I couldn't hear the fans at all, even if I changed the speed.

It would come on loud when I first started, then after 5 mins driving, I couldnt hear nothing at all.

Then all sudden it will come loud again. When I can hear nothing, even if you put it to cold, and full blast with Aircon, there just isn't anything at all, no cold air.

Anyone had this problem before?

Thanks
Dan

Bad relay (trying swapping it with another of same type first) or bad Blower Control Module.

Both these issues have been seen on the forum a few times.
