i find that if i talk to slowly it doesn't work, but if i speak in a normal voice and at a slightly faster speed it works every time, so i'm guessing thats why it works for the ladies and the kids as the tend to be a little quicker with the chat Laughing , not kiding honest Very Happy , i also find that it doesn't like the window open either. Confused

Have found that if I omit the word 'phone' from any of the phone commands, I get a 90% success rate.
'dial name' works nearly every time, whereas 'phone dial name' always gets 'Sorry!' and I know she really isn't...

Transgenic tomato anyone?

Is it possible to acquire/retrofit the modules for speech recognition? I have an SE and the phone works OK but I would like to have a deep and meaningful conversation with the GPS.

I have the same issue. Sat nav is set to female voice. Voice is a male UK voice. Why - is there not just ONE setting? Since sat nav is set to female, why is voice male?

anyway, unlike in my old lr3, this guy does not recognise a single word I say. Sorry! Sorry! The system is useless.

Odd.
