Trailer electrics fuse blown? |
|
Hi all,
Ive had my D4 for about 3 weeks now and its not been unhitched from a trailer since I bought it. The left indicator stopped working the other day so this morning I had a play and changed a faulty bulb. The problem now is that during my messing, It seems i've shorted the sidelight relay on the D4 as i've had a voltmeter to the electrics in the rear bumper and there is no current passing through the black socket for the sidelights (indicators and brakes work however).
Where is the relay/fuse to sort this? I cant find my manual!
thanks
Chris

If you pull out the left cover in the boot area you will see an inline fuse board that has five different fuses on it. It is tucked in just behind the left hand rear light cluster...
They are all small fuses either 5 or 7.5 amp fuses from memory!
Good luck!
