Hope it is however the dealer documentation I have clearly shows it as a cost option for 08my if they have changed there minds fantastic but I somehow doubt it and I guess only time will tell (15 days for me )

Sounds like another typical LR situation of one side not knowing what the other is doing. Anyone got a 08MY yet, wondering what the part number of the satnav DVD is, and whether the PTI is any different?IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

The brochure is Landrover publication Number "LRML 2423/07" for 2008 Model year. The PTI is also changed so the bluetooth does more as the cradle has gone.D4 HSE

They didnt as I need the space in the rear 1/4 for something eles but IFASIK it was £700.00

Hi,
I;ve just placed an order (May 15) for a TDV6 SE in Australia and am wanting some advice on how to tell if what I receive is or is not a MY08.
Apparently May 15 was cut-off date (for ordering) for delivery to Australia by early/mid Oct., but the fleet dealer I placed the order with is now telling me that the vehicle will be in around early July. I'm a little suspicious that it may be a vehicle already built and ordered. I could have bought an 'off the floor' MY07 and not had to wait, so I'm keen to make sure I'm going to get what I ordered.

Martin, are you sure about the May 15 cut off for 2008 model year? I ordered mine in March and it was only built last week (last week May) - does this mean I will get the new model? Are you aware what the changes are to the SE?
Tried LandRover Australia - they could not / would not tell me anything.

Here are two pictures of my just delivered MY08 HSE... last friday at the dealers's..
I even managed to get a lower price than the one discussed previously for an MY07 due to the fact that, at least in France, LR as included as standerd in the MY08 some previous options in the MY07....

The March 15 deadline was given to me by BlackForest Landrover and seemed to be confirmed by other suppliers. Interestingly Blackforest promised an Oct delivery date if ordered by then, however the wholesaler I eventually ordered thru is promising an early Aug date (which seems to correspond to a number of other comments on the forum).
No idea of the differences MY07 to MY08 other than what's been posted by other forum members.
