We tried it on a few Discoverys this afternoon.
The advances in the D3 stable are beyond imagination and I'm hoping it's simple to transfer it over to the D4. My favourite was the Hvac led light show

Many thanks for the positive comments chaps, i can see you are surprised at what we have added so far in V1.30, but actually we are only maybe 55-60% of the way there to where we have always intended to be, before we class the D3 as being covered to our "usual BBS standards". That may sound pompous, so let me try to explain better.
I appreciate that for most everyone on this board, I /BBS just appeared a few years back, almost out of the blue, and full of seemingly impossible promises, offering equipment that seemed over priced for what capability it then offered, but which i stated (To Roel i believe) was a work in progress.
However, ever since i first got involved with Land Rover diagnostics back in 1996, and was so surprised by how utterly pants the Origional Equipment dealers were forced into using was, and how restrictive and basic the functionality it offered was, especially compared to what was actually diagnostically possible on each Vehicle System, I decided that the standard of what we provided would always be way beyond dealer equipment and if possible, only limited by the capability of the vehicle systems themselves. In my book, if you are going to do something, you may as well do it fully and properly or not bother.
We do make a start by looking at what the Dealers diagnostic equipment can do, and how it does it, but simply take this only as a starting point, after which we then typically find and fill in the blanks, get creative and then probe and explore the ECU's for any and all other possibilities it can provide. It has always proved to be vastly more.
Before the Disco 3. we had never ever added any covereage on our diagnostic system for any vehicle or vehicle system that was not fully covered to this absolute standard. However with the immense amount of complexity of each system and the sheer number of them, we were forced to introduce D3 coverage with only the basics and concentrate on those areas most in need.
That is why we alone were able to provide CCF editing and full flashing on any and all ECU's with any file set.
That owners will have never known that the capability and functionality we are only now adding to the MSV-2 was ever missing at all, is actually something every other diagnostic equipment provider endlessly exploits.
The reality is however that this functionality was nothing more or less that what i already knew and expected to provide at some point, even as i wrote my very first post on this fine board.
In finally starting to now provide this, I therefore really cannot accept any amount of praise or take a Bow, i can but only apologize to everyone who invested in our equipment and trusted in us and my promises, for it taking us such a long amount of time to actually start delivering that which we usually deliver from the start.
Me and my guys will certainly continue to slog away, and work to produce all the remaining capabilities on the Disco 3, and for sure, in the not too distant future i may well be able to tick the box that says that our system does now cover the Disco 3 to the "usual BBS standards".
It should then, not take too much to transfer this to the D4 also.

With many thanks to Wiggs and Co, we have identified a few simple bugs, versioning errors, and typos that we have fixed today.
However the biggest problem we want to sort out on this upgrade before generally releasing it is on the 2012 CCF edit, where any change results in a non starting engine.
We have however encountered this kind of thing before and believe that it is simply due to the changed Copy of the CCF in the EMS being different to that in the Body control. This is something we cannot test with our bench rig.
So we need to do a bit more investigation into this.
Fortunatley i have managed to find a suitible vehicle we can borrow tomorrow and so i am confident we can figure this out.
I will of course post up any news i have.
