Looking at the pec sheet, it is synthetic so no do not use it will not mix with the fuel. Jaso fb,fc, fd, mineral, or semi synthetic is ok,

but not fully synthetic no matter what the jaso reading.

It would appear to be semi synthetic so should be fine.

" .. dropped it in with the aid of the built in pourer .."

FWIW, I kept a 250 ml Redex bottle and I just decant some of the 2SO into it and keep it in the door pocket, dead easy to squirt in then when re-fueling.

Crwoody, do you remember the old gear oil bottles where you pull the neck out of the bottle and it forms a nice neat tube to squeeze the gear oil into the gearbox , well it's like that so I just bung the litre bottle in the lh rear cubby and off we go.

Fair enough, I didn't realise it came in those fancy bottles, I've been using the red Asda FB stuff, (without a spout,) works well enough though Thumbs Up

Stumbed upon this thread and had a good read. Just wanted to check, I found some Ryobi 2 stroke Semi synthenic in my shed thats used with my petrol strimmer. The rating on it is JASO FC so I presume it'd be ok to add some to my 07 2.7 TDV6?
