on principal I would but as my dealer is actually cheaper and no postage I won't be on this occasion. The pricing on the idlers is incorrect on either my quote or nicks and I was simply wondering which? I shall sort it either way thanks. Oddly enough I refused to order my car through the local dealer as the car sales team were poor to say the least but the parts department are spot on. Go figure?

Maybe the oil pump is too a price that could be interesting to see in the pack, because the tensioner mounting broken cases may do people tend to change it too when belts are done..

Nick. I have just got round to chasing this as everything in Norfolk moves at a steady pace, myself included! Excuse the terminology but I'm sure you will understand and resolve it. Th e local dealer has just told me it is indeed £40 ish on the September price tape? , but went into the Landrover system and tells me the price tape has an error on it and it is in fact £17 ish. He said he is changing it on his system but when lr do another price tape it will probably get bumped back again? Does any of this make any sense to you?
i sent an email to the powers that control the purse strings about this item
saying to double in price is not on and that there are OEM suppliers selling this item at a price less than the original price
i have not had a reply about it but looks like someone has taken notice

Mmm thought I had replied to this but it's not here? Nick, hopefully you will understand this. Coincidentally I was checking the price on this this morning and the local chappie tells me it's wrong on the September tape and when he checked it on the lr site it is indeed £17ish. He tells me he is changing it on his system but on the next tape it will probably get changed back again? Can you make sense out of this as there must be a way to correct an error?

Here is a question :
the 7 years lifetime for the belts count from the time we purchased the D3 or from the day it went out of LR factory???
I ask this because i bought my beloved D3 (new) approx 7+ months after it produced.....
