Yes, that is the 3 tonne model that one might call the disco3 accepted trolley service jack.

If you cut it to the right size it will stow under one of the outer second row seats so you can have it with you when you try to jack on soft ground. The price of the Clarke 3 Tonne has gone up quite a bit - mine was under £80.00!
Must be the surge in sales due to the forum.

Just received my nice shiny and VERY heavy 3 ton jack from Paddocks ( http://www.paddockspares.com/3-ton-garage-jack.html ). Way cheaper than MachineMart but looks to be the same piece of kit
Also bought the 6 ton axle stands so some very busy evenings ahead - starting with the front - rear air con pipes.
Quick question to the worldy wise amongst us - has anyone used 4 stands to get the whole car off the ground ?? Not sure how to prevent a possible 'topple' whilst getting it up onto the 2nd set

If so, is the hole diameter still 30 mm? The question I am really asking is would the adapter work in the Paddock model, as the jack does look to be the same one. 2005 LR3 HSE 4.4L AJ-V8 petrol; Traxide Dual Battery; PIAA 2500K Yellow Ion H11 Fog Light bulbs; CounterAct LT-2 Capacitive Corrosion control; LLumar AIR80 Blue clear Infra Red blocking side window film; Liftgate manual release; Schrader Valve "air in" mod to OEM air suspension reservoir tank; Akebono ceramic pads; OEM solid vented discs; LR4 design hitch receiver; Wiggs D4 MOST bluetooth module; Clock on the Dash; 3 Flash signal light mod; Backup Camera; 2015/16 Nav Data update.

It does indeed lift out but I haven't measured the hole although I thought at the time, it looks to be larger than an inch (old school ) ie 30mm.

Can some one who has the adaptor provide me with the measurements? Just bought the paddock 3T jack.
Daughter needs a project for school, so thought might as well get her to draw, then turn something usefull
