Hopefully we will have more informations tomorrow, when the guy responsible for the shipping will be back in the office at Danhag.

Well, do not worry, there is also the function to start the blower for ventilation without the heater, so you can use it to cool the car in summer, well the 2 days of it you get in England anyway

The link to German Hermes site from the e-mail works only when package is on the continent. Have you tried putting reference number to the UK Hermes site? D3 XS Manual - gone

Have now tracked on the UK site, and delivery was apparently attempted on Thursday and Friday  I would feel a phone call coming on early in the morning, except Hermes don't publish a phone number   06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

They put a postcard through the letter box for me....
...saying that they'd left the parcel outside - just below the letter box!
Fortunaltely the D3 blocks the view from the road

dont think it will cool much, just shuffle warm damp air around There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song

all running ok with wbus converter / GSM / IPCU combination, no wiring harness. Used connectors like 3M scotch used by Flack, but had some trouble with connections as the metal cutting contact would not cut into the thin wires used by danhag. Bad connection green to read/yellow caused the flap motors not to work (according to wiring diagram they are all linked serially after red/yellow so they either all work or dont. Solved bad contact by baring the wires and bending bared part back onto wire at the top.
i also had to fiddle with the potentiometer on the ipcu. i've set the fan speed to middle and hope to vary things by programming the on time only. There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song

Mine arrived in my office at work on friday even though tracking was still showing dec30 in germany?
At least its here prob be a week or so b4 i can have ago at installation though.

Thats why I only used the scotch locks on the thicker wires and soldered all the small wires from the pot, You have be careful when using these fasteners on thin wire as you will get bad contact with them, the red colored scotch locks are the ones to use on thin wires. But the only solid way is to solder them all but we never do that do we !!!!.
Also guys don't worry about the flashing prog button its the car resetting the HVAC after using the GSM, I have checked it out with my Faultmate and there was no errors reported.

Having read Hijack's comment, I went onto the Hermes UK site, entered the tracking number from the original German email (assumed the 14 figure Sendungs-ID is the tracking number).... and "Sorry, there are no records matching your details. Please check that you have entered the correct information or contact your retailer for assistance." As Martin pointed out, no phone number, so I'll try sending an email. Starting to get a bit

SJ - there is an 11 digit reference number (in my case) that you need to use on the Hermes UK site (mine starts 4035). It bears no relation to the Sendungs-ID
I got it from the URL in the shipment e-mail from the MyHermes "Hermes ProfiPaketService - Sendungsinformation". It's the number following ?auftragsNummer and before &PLZ
I have to say that Hermes tracking and customer service is absolute 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

Have had the a similar response SJ - terrible customer service.
No doubt Danhag would have to chase Hermes Germany, who contact Hermes UK, and then any information will filter back through the chain.
Hermes shouldn't be allowed to operate like that - I cannot believe that you cannot talk to the delivering company or depot about goods of MINE that they have and aren't delivering. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
