Hi Wiggs,
I have a 2005 RRS with PTI. I can't get the phonebook over bluetooth from my iphone and I believe you offer an upgrade/exchange service for the module.
Can the D4 bluetooth module be used to give better integration or what module can be changed to enable it to work?

D3 module is a direct swap ( the ones i use in the exchange service ) ....D4 can be used and is better for the likes of blackberrys . Its not a direct swap but very very simple to change .
The D4 modules i sell outright G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

changed my unit over today, took 10-15 mins, great, worked first time, brings up phonebook on radio display and don't have to pair everytime I get into the car. Return unit in post tomorrow Wiggs, thanks

Don't forget you get the contacts on the little LCD screen on dash aswell
When radio / cd is on pull the green phone button once .. Then use left / right buttons to scroll through the contacts ... Pull green button to dial that number
( left / right buttons are the bottom ones on right hand side on steering wheel ) G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

A quick update of the Radio software will bring it to life G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Yes ...
its not needed on many cars ...just the very early ones that werent updated at the dealers G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

and how do we go about doing that ? You need my unit I presume ? easy job to remove ? Tell me its a little black box somewhere with 2 wires and 1 screw ! lol
