Is this compatible with US LR3's? If so, anything different about the process than the D3's?

Yes its compatable ...and the same fitting instructions apply
the only difference would be extra postage to the USA ...£11 if my memory is correct ( thats recorded ) G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Wiggs, I'm picking up a 2005hse this week. I have voice commands and 6cd radio etc. There appears to be no bluetooth as steering wheel controls are missing!
Reading through various posts am I right in thinking I can install one of your modules if I get the relevant leads?

I have the modules and plug and play leads ... You would just need to get the phone buttons .
You also need someone to switch it on for you ... I'm in Manchester but know some one in Kent who can do it for you G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I have a 2006MY Vogue. Bluetooth pairs with my phone (Galaxy S2) but with very limited function. LR have told me I'd have to pay for Diagnostic just to see if there's an update, presumably then pay for the update. As you have a lot more experience than me, would you think an updated BT Module would give me Phonebook, Caller ID etc on the Touch Screen/Instrument Pod?
Problem is I read on here somewhere that LR sometimes say there is no update available for them to do the job and it's 130 mile to my nearest Dealership.

LR will tell you what they want to get you to part with money ...
If they say there's no update its because they want you to buy a new module
From my experience they damage more modules than they update
My module will give you your phone book / caller ID on the screen and instrument pod

This is only my second Post on here so I can't pm you until I do 3 Posts. Here goes........
The Bluetooth Module is a XVJ500045. Will this work, and will the modified module show network info/signal strength as well as phone book etc. Also, will this modified module be able to show seperate numbers if aomeone in my phonebook has multiple contact numbers or will it just show one number for each contact in the phonebook? If this is all ok, could you send me the link for payment?
How do you do this, do I have to register details or do you just Post out to the Paypal Confirmed Address (Her Indoors' Paypal Account)?

Network & signal ... No .. You need a Newer D4 / 2010 range rover module
Phone book ... Yes
Separate numbers ....No .. You need a Newer D4 / 2010 range rover module
I have a web site for the exchange service were you fill in your details and pay
If you wanted a D4 module / 2010 range rover module then I would send you a money request or you can just send the money by PayPal
D4 modules are not the same price G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Would the D4 Module fully integrate with my system, is it compatible? That sounds like a good call, depending on the pice.
Are there any more features with the D4 Module?
Obviously, all this depends on price. How much are we talking about for one of these?

D4 module holds 1000 contacts .... D3 only 300
Newer Bluetooth protocol ... Better for future phones
There not a direct swap ... But will take less than 5 mins to swap on a range rover
