You are super welcome!
Glad you’ve joined the madhouse.. but it is the most informative forum out there in relation to the Discovery 3 and 4 models.. just use the search forum and you will find the answer to most of your questions!

Howsit..
I am Danny,
A 68 year "old git" I live in Galicia Spain. I recently took ownership of a black 2007 discovery 3 TDV6.
It has low km for its years @141,800. And I have its service history.
The car, until now, has spent its life in Madrid..
It seems to have some of the characteristic discovery shortcomings, so I looked on the Internet and found this forum much to my delight 😊 .
I am very pleased to meet you all virtually...

Hello!
I was a member of this forum a while ago, but my account was deleted due to inactivity.
Now I have decided to revive our neglected farm disco3, so a couple of questions will be asked on this forum from my side. So far, I have managed to fix the keyfob not working by fixing the joint in the sill, as well as have rebuilt suspension compressor.
Im quite familiar with land rovers, we still have a disco1, my mom drives disco sport, dad drives disco4, farm car is disco3, and I myself drive a freelander 2, after switching from freelander 1 which got sent to Ukrainian frontilne around a year ago.
Thank you for you valuable inputs in this forum, it has helped A LOT!

Hi all, thought I'd better join the group. I've been harvesting lots of info from the group via Google search on several topics.
The story goes, got myself a no service history ex commercial with 256000 on the clock. On the way home it went into limp mode and made me think the worst. It reset its self once and then vanished for a day.
Thankfully my IID G3 arrived today, the list wasn't as long as I was expecting and not as worrying ether.
The only one I got that was relates to fuel rail pressure, hopefully rectifiable with just a fuel filter.
Then work through some short to battery and short to ground results.
I can then start with the overland conversion I'm planning, roof tent, bat wing awning, kit draws plus cook slide out with fridge.
Has anyone had successes with a gas fired 10l hot water system?
Lots of different makes so I'm looking for recommendations if you will.
Many thanks and thanks for having me.

Hi
Good luck with the new Disco.
I'm not sure I would go for a gas water heater. Have a look at diesel powered units.D4 XS just sold. The best car I’ve owned. Over 10 years and no problems.

Hi All,
New member here. Just recently adopted a 2013 Disco 4 that will act as the family cruiser here in the UAE!
Tons to learn about the car as I’m a stranger in the LR world, but has been a big fan of the Discovery line up for quite some time.
Anyway, going to be busy scrolling through the threads in this site and might ask some questions too!
Cheers!

Hi everyone. I've just joined after becoming interested in a Discovery 3 - particularly the V8.
