Thanks chaps - I wasn't getting anything when I connected it up. I'm guessing the OBD cable I had (from VW's VAG COM) is probably different to the generic OBD cables, so will order one off ebay and give it another try.

Not sure marco, but you can only tweak it so far on the slider and once you shut it down it goes back to the default settings anyway.. It sounds like its going to take off if you run it at max c02 so I would not run it for long at this setting.

NOT like this Big Cry

If you're trying to reset it then just take the fuse out. I've broken the plastic around the pins on the fbh itself. FML

For C02 adjustments you need an analyser, its a long boring job to get it right.

A kane 501 does the job.

If you have the manual its quoting the ideal range is suited to 8-13%.

The software only gives you an indication not the real value.

If if you adjust it on the software it takes along time to settle down.

Hi all

Have just read all 24 pages of this thread and just ordered the OBDII and a 2x2 lead along with the wire from the shop to make up the lead and hopefully resolve my FBH issues.

I have just been to the Webasto site for the software i notice there are several versions. Is it best just to get the most recent version or is the a preferred version

Cheers Rob
(visiting from RRSport.co.uk) Thumbs Up

Fbh not working, but still up to temp in 3ml 5-10june

Fbh is deff not working, but with outside temp @ 0 this week i'm still getting normal operating temp with in 5-10 mins 3mls,
Question: is this normal on a 2005hse, without the fbh
Or is an unknown fault generating the rise to normal temp so quickly,
I've only had this car a short while, so still getting use to all things land rover...

Seems like they're based in Turkey...
