AFAIR Zambezi from launch then replaced with Zermatt from 07MY so yours should be Zambezi
Check the plate on the slam panel under your bonnet The End

D4 grill size. vs D3 Grill size
Depth from bonnet to top of bumper 26CM's / SAME
Narrow part between round light cut outs 91.5 CM's /94 cm
Width at widest part above head light, just below bonnet 103.5 CM's /105cm
Width at lowest part just above bumper 103 CM,s /105cm

Net, Net this this is NOT GOING TO WORK, D4 HEADLIGHTS are obviously wider
One would have to do the headlights as well

Its a real pity as the Disco 4 Grill looks fabulous in person, next question is does the engine side vent from the Disco 4 fit the Disco 3 as can at least start with one of those ??
