Having read the wealth of posts in the forum about the TurboChip ECU upgrade, you can count me in too provided you can do it at a venue not too far removed from Darlington! Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills

I am expecting a TDV6 in early June and would be interested. Is that too late ???

I think that it is going to be very problematic accommodating everyone, can you post dates/locations and time slots and then see if we can all fill up the slots accordingly to make it worth your while as well as advising what discount is available to go down this route as apposed to sitting at home with a nice cup of tea and have the upgrade done in comfort. Cheers.

Whatever you propose is not going to suit everybody so you'd best take control and propose something that suits you.
Give us 3 dates, a location for each date plus the time you are prepared to be there on each day then let those that are interested put their names down against one of the dates. You'll get an idea of who is prepared to turn out and will be able to gauge what amount of discount (if any!!) you'll be prepared to offer.
Bear in mind though that if you tempt folk to a venue with say a 15% discount, you won't be able to go back on the deal if half the people who said they'd turn up don't, which is a distinct possibility! Tricky one this isn't it!!Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills

I've got to agree. it's dragging on a bit. I'd have got it done earlier by appointment, but being a typical Scotman the carrot being dangled of a worthwhile discount has had me hanging on
Do what suits you best. I'm a shift worker, so it's hit or miss if I can get to the Edinburgh date, but I'll work something out. Even if it means the ball and chain brings the car along.
Cheers, John

Here, here.
If you're going to do it, tell us which dates (preferably in May, not Sept!!) and let's get on with it.

Err? Just seen the post regarding Chris from Turbochip - what going on?
Looks like Chris may no longer be part of Turbochip. Don't know what that does to the group buy or for any product back-up or support.
Hang on, that post has now vanished. Really confused now!

Hello all
It appears that Turbochip is currently undergoing some changes in the UK and will be reorganising its distributor network.
I will post more as I find out, however the forum won't be used for intra-company arguments so the 'status quo' will be kept intact until we all know the full story
