Zebedee the reason I said you want a 17,18 or 19 is that they will all fit.
If you go for 19 it will fit 19" or bigger wheels but not 18""
If that makes sense
I have one, this was the first extra I fitted to my d3 well worth it
Even though I never see it, gives you piece of mind knowing the thieving little toe rags can't get your spare wheel.

Good move; but if you are considering smaller wheels, for better ride, or better off-road capability go for the small size.
The 17" fits all size wheels, 18" fits 18" & larger etc...
