Mine also turned to dust and done the same in laying the new sheet on the cover and cutting the excess off

Plus has anyone managed to find any of those rubber engine cover mounts please , many thks

It is very important for the foam to enclose the different components. In my opinion the best solution is to choose the foam inlet from >rangehelper<, shown in his first post.
