Greetings from ……….. again.
Yes, we’re back on the road. 2 month trip ahead, hopefully a few irreverent pics and observations heading this way. Presently nicely cosseted in the lounge of the IC Park Lane, fantastic view out and great place to start.

No spoiler alert hints as to where we are going but Euroland watch out, here we come.

Aiming to take and post lots of pics. Unfortunately it’s not going to be on the same scale of adventure as on previous trips but considering we were in lockdown a year ago we’re not complaining.
Normally travelling doesn’t start in London but now it does, good to see BB doing it’s thang.

Will do, to both.
And will, in good old Road Trip/Grand Tour fashion, post the odd pic of scoff. This morning’s breakie, fuel for walk to a couple of museums, one of which had a little queue, one had monster queue. Hey Ho, will go back to Brit Museum when it’s quieter.

And loved this in a packed Covent Garden.

So do I but I’m hoping to end the trip the same shape as before, deffo not any rounder.
Saying that, it’s lovely scoff here in the evening with unlimited champers, thats deffo going to challenge that hope. But skipping afternoon tea to make up for that.

Enjoy your travels
Shall we start a sweepstake on how many pounds Del will add his "god-like/my-body-is-a-temple" physique??
Of course that will require Del being truthful - or Mrs Del posting the results

I will be truthful. I have the weight from yesterday.
Re sweepstake, I’ll have all the numbers between 0 and 60.

Afternoon one and all, greetings from The Big Smoke.
Nice touristy day, got to the ToL before the masses descended and had a nice wander round the ramparts.

The weather is fab so nothing to crow about. Crow, raven, close enough for government work.

And a nostalgic sight for those that remember London of old. Not that it applies to me.

And finally a bit of sustenance after all that walking and hopping on and off the buses. They were fab, though skipped the sarnies and cakes to keep my god like body. Only down side is I had to share them with SWMBO.

Heading to parts foreign tomorrow.

And greetings to our Aussie and Kiwi friends. We watched the ANZAC day dawn commemoration ceremony from our room at 5am ish. Was surreal being woken by Guards playing GSTQ, thought it was for Lizzie arriving at Buck Pal but it was right under our room.
Rubbish pics but was trying not to over-expose!!

@ Naki Blake, no problem, was good to see so many peeps there. 👍
@Moo, absolutely not slumming it, we have a lot of travelling to catch up on and you can’t take it with you. Up in the posh seats in this bad boy to head over, or under I hope, the Channel. Should be off in 9 minutes.
