All this damn bickering!
Personally, I couldn't give a toss as to what other people like/dislike.
I know what I like/dislike, so that's all that matters to me.

I’m sad enough to know that’s an A35 (the big rear window’s the give away )
Love the comment about your Mrs
The curry hook’s a more credible link to the D1 than the offset number plate 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

Don’t get me started on the curry hook, mine didn’t have one because it was only an SE and £53k wasn’t enough to get one, along with the storage behind the fascia or under the cup holders. 23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

Nothing that dramatic. We had a sloping drive down to the garage. I discovered that by moving the lever in the middle up and down the car would move forward. I did this a few times until i couldn't pull it up and the car crashed through the garage doors.
My father kept the hand brake lever after the car was scarped and presented it to me the day I passed my test. Sadly its been lost between house moves. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

Great present!
My parents used to have one that took root inside the garage and it only ever ran in my very earliest memories! It made a great play den though, with a smell of oil, old leather and carpets and a fient whiff of petrol that would take me straight back to the age of 6 or 7 if I were ever to smell it again 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

Happy memories of my mate who lived next door but one when I was about 5 or 6 - his dad had an ancient Morris Minor in the garage - I can still remember the musty / petrol smellNow Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.

I remember when I was a kid, the family car was a light blue Morris Minor with pop up indicators within the B pillar. The Reg. No. was 5JMN and it spontaneously ignited over the Dava Moor near Nairn. A bucket of water to douse the flames and it continued on its way, but enough of this nostalgia, I don’t hanker for the return of these motors, thankfully we’ve come a long way and cars are definitely better built.

Enough of those fancy modern indicators!
Bring back wind down windows and proper signals.
