Well all back in not as straight forward as I had hoped some of the inner dash has to be cut out as the unit is wider
There is a airbag light on the left which the front dash cover covers most of
Cluster needs trimming on one of the edges
A new screw hole need to be made for new dash to be screwed back
A few ccf files need to be edited to make fuel gauge diesel ,lower the rev red line to 4000 and get rid of supercharged
You can also have both the analogue gauge and digital to mirror each other so if main is miles the digital will be kph and visa versa
I have done a vid but bear with it as I had to it with front camera as reAr is broke

Can’t wait to see the video, I haven’t got this excited over a mod since I bought the altox remote.
Keep up the excellent work.

As can be done on the D4 with the mighty IID widget, without changing anything else (odometer, Trip odo, mpg, etc).

I know that mate but look at the main Speedo I can change that to kph as well not just the little digital Speedo
If I keep
Main Speedo as mph trip also in mph apart from digital Speedo will be in kph just like your pic
But if I select kph in menu for main Speedo then trip will go to kph apart from digital Speedo will go to mphDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Agreed, just pointing out there is a simple fix for getting a kph readout whilst watching out for Johnny Foreigner’s speed cameras, keeping everything else the same. While waiting to do the fancy mods.

Why watch out for the camera I never slow down for them abroad as unless there a
Cop standing there you carnt get done
But on a serious note it was handy this year when I was in France though to have kph displayed as well
That’s one thing I had to alter with the iid tool to display opersite speed to tripDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

switching speed on main dial rather at the bottom of display like on D4 since it is full lcd
cos the latter is a bit annoying when trying no to get cough by camera outside UK
u managed to swap image of FFRR with D4 by any chance re-programming it? are there any exras shown on this unit installed in D4?
