Dash have read chip and it does indeed have the vin number located just taking my one out now to compare them as I may just change the vin and millage data and see what happens before paying someone as I have saved a copy now so at worse can write it backDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Half good news I have it working
Well sort off I changed the vin and startup screen comes on but nothing else ignition wouldn’t turn on
I wrote my old file to the chip and bang it all comes
On and works but backlight does not work so now going through the different files to find out what is missing on my old file compared to new oneDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Very interested in this, well done, and I really do take my hat of to you sir.
I notice it says supercharged and the Rev range is more suited for petrol, i assume that a diesel Display from the tdv8 would be the one to go for?
