Even in the customer LR parking at Gatcombe there were hardly any D5s
Yeah, if there was one place you'd expect to see the latest Land Rover, the Land Rover car park of a major equestrian event in the Cotswolds would be it.
.
Absolutely - and being literally next door means you'd think I'd be seeing a glut of them, but no.... none. See plenty more outlanders. LR product mainly D3/D4 and Defender with the odd FFRR.MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

Should be cutting prices not putting them up? Especially as they are rumoured not to be flying off the production line as others .

Still only see one around here where I'd expect to see loads of a new LR product, I see more and more RR2s, plus the usual amount of late D4s, FFs and ePokes. But on the ugly scale it (the D5) is beaten by a Tesla X model just down the road.

Saw three yesterday, all drab shades of grey, on stretch of A9 north of Pitlochry. They were heading south. Makes a total of about 8 or 9 I have seen since launch.2014 MY Discovery XS Indus Silver. Sadly gone. Second last LR of forty eight years continuous ownership.

I have seen 3 on my travels
Compared to the masses of D4/DS/Evoque/RRS2, I'd suggest it's one of LR's slowest selling models (North of the border at least)My D3 Build Thread

But D4/DS/RRS have been on sale longer than 6 months.
In Fife there is whites, blacks, greens, Oranges, reds and one sandy (Luxor or something) coloured oh and grey.
There isn't masses of them but definitely becoming more a common sight on the road.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I'm just not seeing them in Bath, although there is now one in my village and I followed one with a roof box driving badly north up the A34 from Winchester towards the M4. I wish I had your reg to shame you because you caused a big tailback hogging the outside lane and blocking traffic!
Anyway, moving on. Lots of RRS2, DS, Evokes and FFRR but no D5 yet at school, which is a homage to the LR brand. One of the mums who changes her car every two years has decided to keep her D4 because ' the new Discovery 5 is really ugly and not as good at doing what the D4 does'. If I were LR I would be worried that their target market of yummy mummys is not buying in what I would have thought would be a target market, a private school in a wealthy professional city.New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

I'm in the Cotswolds on the Wilts / Gloucestershire border and I typically see a handful every time I venture out. I think they're just not easy to spot as they're less distinctive than other models. Despite the number I've seen they're still not growing on me.
One pulled up next to me at the top of Blunsdon Hill a few weeks ago decked out in sponsorship from a major equestrian event. My overriding impression was just how mahoosive it seemed.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

There's quite a few about the area I live. There would be more if the ass was kinder on the eye.In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
