Looking pretty dry. A bit like here until the rains. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

... tried to shift some of the Salisbury brown stuff from the car after work tonight.
Interior is nice and clean now but the exterior is still covered in a white-ish coat.
Power washer twice with shampoo only shifted the big lumps - got dark so gave up

Not today but on Sunday helped marshal the joint Scottish Off Road Club/Scottish Land Rover Club comp safari at Pumpherston just West of Edinburgh. A bit of an excuse to get the Disco a little muddy.
More importantly it was my partner Annette's first time driving in such an event. She complete all 15 laps with only a few bruises and a sore neck and she beat quite a few other entrants.
The Jimny (not ours by the way) was the only non Land Rover based vehicle and in fact completed 30 laps as it was double entered. She's got the bug now which could be expensive .2014 Defender 90.
Suzuki Jimny - lifted 2".

Got a flat tyre - ripped to shreds by something
Used the useless jack and put on the crappy space saver
Off to get my new tyre and relieve myself of lots of money because the damn farmers round here can't be arsed to clean the lanes up after they've flailed the hedges to bits
