Great news and is that a precedent set?
It may help others in the same boat

I think LR still use their 'matrix' to decide what contribution is given. I bought the car from a main dealer and the car was fully maintained and serviced by the main dealer from new. The main dealer also represented my case with LR and I wasn't party to the discussions. I have been trying to help another family who had a broken D4 but not bought through a main dealer and she had no luck. So does it set a precedent, I would love it too but I think sadly not. I feel for anyone who is in this predicament.
