Guess what? They rejected the claim on the grounds of it being "fair wear and tear"!!! It took about 3 weeks of complaining before they finally agreed to pay out 
I would go with them again, but get all promises that they make in writing before parting with any money. 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
