Phone pairing

Hi folks.

Just wondering if any of you techies can help.

I've just bought an HTC desire 626 phone and I'm still learning how to use it. However, the pairing process seems easy enough. When it goes to "search devices" it picks up LAND ROVER and then requests the LR pin which is 2121. I enter this pin but every time it comes back as can't pair or wrong pin. Am I missing something basic or have LR got a different pin? I don't believe it's the latter as my old persons Doro paired up straight away.

Any suggestions? 2007 Disco3 2.7 tdv6 SE

Factory fit kit is 2121, ISTR aftermarket LR kit has a different code. Might be worth trying 0000 or 1111. Thumbs Up

Ah, just seen re DORO, not going to be that then. Sad

Can you select device-to-car AND car-to-device to pair? Try opposite one if you can, usually works for me

SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!
