2006 and fitting a parrot BT kit

I appreciate this may have been done to death, and I've read lots of posts, and some differ to my needs.
I have a 2006 hse with the HK stereo 6 disc,no steering wheel controls for a phone and no voice command button.
I would like to fit a basic parrot hands free kit,no music streaming.
Could someone advise what I need other than the parrot kit .
Thank you.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Basically nothing, they come with everything you need including Mike and remote switch that can be stuck onto the steering wheel, they can be hard wired in, but a SOT adapter cable would make it easier and plug and play, do search and everything will be revealed.
They work extremely well, sound very clear both ways, only downside I found was they load contacts in to the module every time it connects to your phone, this can take 2-3 mins depending on the number of contacts and the phone is not connected until this is done, the D4 module that can be fitted takes 5-6 seconds to connect Shocked

Thanks for the help
