Battery arrived this morning at 7.15 and was quite disappointed that it was some delivery bloke and not Tanya herself
Anyway checked battery on arrival at 12.57v
and then put on charge, voltage up to 13.03v.
As advised, will give it the a full 24hrs on charge and then let Mrs Frenchy help me fit it tomorrow as her Mothers Day treat

Battery Changed this morning
Still got a suspension fault message and the car's still locked in access height
Need the system reset, but I am now thinking the compressor might be shot

I got the existing fault codes read and cleared with the kind help of Tayaste and his IId tool, but the suspension faults would not clear.
I then took the least expensive option of swapping out the compressor relay and suspension fusible link and that sorted the problem out.....so no new compressor required .
Have got a spare relay and fusible link in the car now in case of emergency.2000 D2 TD5 - big red tractor no longer with us
