A lovely summer's evening and a decision to make...ORDERED!!

When I say "summer's evening", it's early April, but I'm having my dinner in the garden. Anyway, I digress...

My favourite dealer has just offered me a great deal to trade out of an FL2 (which I love, but it's a bit short on space) into a new D4 Smile

I've not said yes yet, but I've said I'll call him of Friday morning. Talk me into it Very Happy

John

27/4/15 UPDATE: Order placed, awaiting confirmation for delivery 1/9/15....

4/5/15 UPDATE: Build date July, delivery 10:30 1/9/15 Smile

24/5/15 UPDATE: Delivery to dealer expected 27/7/15. Might be able to take delivery early August just in time for Beaulieu! Thumbs Up

18/6/15 UPDATE: Dealer expecting delivery 24/7/15...

28/6/15 UPDATE: Provisional collection date brought forward to 6/8/15!

20/7/15 UPDATE: Dealer got the order wrong; delivery delayed until around 15/10/15 Sad

20/8/15 UPDATE: Delivery date now brought forward to the very end of September (Discovery delivery dates always seem to move forward and the dealer is very keen to register the car before the end of the quarter!)

11/9/15 UPDATE: it's built! Delivery to dealer estimated to be late this coming week (Friday likeliest) and delivery scheduled for the last Saturday in September Very Happy

18/9/15 UPDATE: It's arrived! On my way to see it this morning Smile I wonder if they've got it right this time?

I hope your dinner didn't go cold!

If I had a fl2 and a dealer wanted me to swap it for a new D4 I'd take their hand off.
