I’ve done a few mate. But I always like a good write up so don’t worry ! Sometimes it’s good to see how others do things. Often times I think “ah that’s quicker” or something. Have you got a link for that kit ?Jarrod

Another bit of useless info
When u line the metal sleeves up, line them with the slotted bits towards u, so u can see the progress of the bushes being removed or pushed back in, can also spray some GT85 in there
I’ll get my coat

Well to tell u the truth I’m not 100% sure as I also have a leak on mine and wondering about the o rings
Just ordered that too. Only reason I don’t usually order those sort of kits is that you tend to use one particular size and then run out of it and then never use the rest. needs must though. Another top shout. Thanks mate. Jarrod

Hi Indy, I wouldn’t attempt half the jobs with the body on ! Some of them are a nightmare with the body off ! Bearmach are very handy but I find a lot of the tdv6 parts are genuine and then not in stock. Plus ADvanced factors (site sponsor) make things far easier by grouping parts in kits and even though I get a good discount from 2 of the lads I know in parts af regularly beat them on price. Good to meet a fellow local ! If I can offer a hand give me a shout.
It's convenience usually, BM stock levels can be a little bit and miss but if I need something quickly it's dead useful.
Currently have a bunch of stuff in my shopping basket with Advanced Factors and Island 4x4, not in a rush and prices are a little keener than BM
Yeah, likewise, good to meet other peeps who don't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, also have some useful workshop facilities if your stuck for anything

Does this get me the smartass award
As depending on the part number it gives the size of the o rings
I’m in the same situation and have also seen this. Are you going to fit this yourself? Have you done a leak test? I went to get mine refilled but pressure test showed a very small leak, I just have no idea where the leak is!

Hi ja92mie. Do you have the rear air con ? Normally air con places inject a dye into the system so leaks can be found. I’m hoping my condenser is ok, i’ll Be taking it out today to have a look. I’ve found 3 sets of leaks on the flanges with the pipes running to the rear. Probably just shrunken or split o rings.Jarrod
