Knocking wipers - cured
Read a few posts on here about the issue of wipers knocking and how a replacement arm should cure it, so ordered one from Matford as they have a job lot going cheap.
Swap is done, took me all of 5 mins (thanks to the neat little wiper arm puller tool I bought a few years back!)
Nice quiet wipers once more
I think it is down to the spring weakening over time and not applying the full pressure to the blade, good £10 spent

Got mine winging its way from Matford as I type. Will get it fitted as soon as it arrives and before it gets nippy.

Got the wiper arm puller with recent Amazon purchases. However left the replacement arm down souff so can't change it for a while.

Any sign of a similar deal anywhere for the LH wiper arm?

The part we need is LR038119 but they seem to retail for ~£50 everywhere!
