Ok, so I made more progress today. All the wiring has been installed in the car, however I'm confused with two things.
First the location of C2241-R/ C2239-9.
I think I found this in the left footwell above the three connectors which I was working on. The wiring diagram says to put the wire into pin 9. However, there is nothing connected to pin 9, yet beside is an unused heavy wire in pin 10. (Green). Perhaps this was the wire I needed?
Also C1629 - Is this at the back of the HEVAC. I think I'm supposed to connect two cables from each footwell. If so, they are supposed to be in pin 13 on the C1629 connector. Yet, there is a brown wire all ready connected. What is this wire for? I've ran 2 x wires from each footwell to this point, do I spice and join them?

C2241-R/ C2239-9. is in teh A pilar, they connects together located by the CJB. Green 12 pin connector.
C2241 pin 8 is Light Green 4,0D as it says on the wiring diagram (power to the Hevac). pin 10 is pink/black 0,5D goin to the Instrument cluster, C1629 pin 13 is the Ambient air temp sensor.

I installed the interior today, well at least the majority of it. I have still have a bit to go. Currently I am trying to sort the electrics. Parrifin, I know you told me where to connect the 12v supply but I seemed to have mislaid it.
Anyways, back seats are working.
The front ones are not. No heat from either. I no longer have the the temp sensor error, but I do at a LH/ RH Heater error for the front pads.
It must be something simple or one of the joined wires as both seats are not working. What do you think?
The two lights on the buttons light up for a period and then reduce to 1. It stays that way then.Discovery 3 SE 2.7 TDV6 Automatic - Project!

I managed to get the front seats going with the help of parrafin23. Much appreciated!
To anyone thinking of doing the heated seat upgrade it I say go for it. It's not as hard as you think. The mistake I made involved a pin in the left A Pillar which went to the engine bay fuse box.
This was in the wrong pin on my wiring diagram vs reality. Pin 8 instead of 9 I think, when connecting my cable to the connector I followed my diagram whereas I should have ignored it and lined it up with the wire as I had intended!! A quick move of pins, got the seats up and going!
Cheers for all your help and advice guys! Great Forum and I would not have attempted it without you the great knowledge shared on here!
