Just out of interest if you both remember what spare were you running if any and had you raised the suspension?

I had a full sized spare under the car, plus one on the roof, and was in Off Road Mode. Thumbs Up

Same, as John P. Full sized spare in off-road.

Had the detachable tow bar on also and if you turn up the sound you'll hear it scrape slightly. Would have been fine without it though.

It is the said Teuton ...though he was behaving himself Whistle Wink .

The picture doesn't do the scale of the hump and steps any justice ...they are significant obstacles ....but the D4 just ambled up them as if they weren't there ...it's a truly impressive machine that we have at our disposal 8)

He was behaving himself coz he was thoroughly hungover. I passed him at 7am yesterday and he just muttered "I'm going back to Censored bed". He did not look too pretty. Whistle

Me hung over? Never!

Nope, turned over a new leaf Del, and just bimble along most of the time these days.

Was more than happy with Betsy in the convoy setting the tempo

With the weather yesterday I'd have wanted it put on the grill. I've forgotten how crap Welsh weather can be, and I've lived in Cardiff for umpteen years.
