I did it (well removed the red light with COD). Although truth be told I ended up taking COD off and putting it back on.
Just follow the instructions and close your eyes when it does the scary bits.

timed climate - does it require extra software on the car to enable it or it D4 soft fully loaded but some modules just not enabled (running by default)?
Hi I have just bought one of these wonderful tools from the group buy on here but I am wondering if I can use it on my Acer Iconia w700 (its sort of a cross between a tablet and a laptop) It has Bluetooth 4.0 but I cannot download the app from the android store as it runs on windows 10 and will not let me download. Has anybody any ideas

not yet just getting ready for remote heater arrival from Russell and gathering info how to enable all this and make it work
Will have to do some RTFM as always from GAP man to learn but not sure when as work is getting stupid busy

I'm afraid you can't use either. There are security protocols preventing remapping via the OBD port on the SDV6 which haven't yet been cracked reliably. D4 remapping is, therefore, an ECU out job, at present.
