To late, my mate has just ordered one from a tiny island far far away! Do these codes get emailed over? Then I guess I put my tool in his D3 and go through the same process I did when I first unlocked it for mine? D3 Tonga HSE 2005

Hi I fitted a heated steering flappy paddle steering wheel to a 2010 D4 GS the disco did not have cruise but the heated wheel did so I fitted it and enabled everything in the CCF ! ( I think !!!!)

Neither the cruise or the flappy paddle work !!

I have not got the heated clock spring but have ordered one which will be here on Wednesday

Q: should the flappy paddle and cruise still work with the basic clock spring ?

Or will it need the heated clock spring with all its extra gubbings ??

Any ideas are great fully received ?

Here are the settings on IID if anyone else wants to do it !!


Cruise Control, simply proceed with the following:
IIDTool Menu->Car Config->BCM Body Control->Cruise Control Display set to FULL PRIORITY
IIDTool Menu->Car Config->BCM Body Control->JAG Cruise Control set to NORMAL
And
IIDTool Menu->Car Config->BCM Body Control->Cruise Control and verify that it is set to Fitted

I currently use my phone Sony Xperia Z3 when using my tool!
I am thinking of getting a 2nd hand tablet, like an ipad mini or other brand. Is there any software issues with the app as the devices are a bit older or will all the features work fine? D3 Tonga HSE 2005
