I've never heard of Zaino, I'll have to have a look if it brings your car up like yours

Just a couple more pictures I found from the polishing process, purposely taken at funny angles so the sun highlights the bad bits! See if you can spot which bit has been corrected!

After struggling to dry my dog in the boot on these dark winter nights I thought I'd add an extra light in there. It wasn't my idea, it was taken from this thread http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic57673.html
I used a 300mm long light instead of the 600mm shown in the above thread.
Firstly I pulled the trim part down between the headlining and the tailgate, disconnected the existing light then put the trim to one side. I ran the new cables along with some existing cables, down behind the rear drivers side panel and down into where the jack is located. Then cable tied them to the existing loom

I drilled a hole in the trim panel and fed the wires through, then secured it with two screws. On the reverse I joined the wires from the light to the new cables and then fitted the panel back in place

I wanted the light to run off my auxiliary battery so it could be left on when camping if needed, so I decided to fit a switch directly opposite the 12v socket in the boot. I wired the two lives into the switch the pushed it home

I then connected the negative to an existing point to the right of my jack. I fitted an inline fuse to the positive cable and connected it to my auxiliary battery distribution box which is also near the jack!

And the results

Ahh yes, just looked and the wording has changed to 40hp. Only ever rough anyway - some will make more and some a bit less - at least Pete's figures are realistic. Yeah I'd sooner it states an extra 40 and get somewhere near that than it promise an extra 200 but you get 5!!!
Sadly, I don't know what mine is - found out it was already done when Pete looked at the file; he said he couldn't really offer much/anything more. It annoys me a little to not know who did it, but at least I have the reassurance that Pete would have said if the file were unsafe.
