Agggarh there's those spot lights again
I'm trying to ignore they ever made them for the huge dent the whole mount, wiring and light kit will put in my wallet. Oo I do like the way they look mind and those fog lights are 8)
I can't even justify them with the excellent way my headlights work and 2nd hand sets on eBay never come up.
Looking great mikey
The fog light beam is incredibly bright, and defined. And the DRL part is incredibly bright too

Took me long enough to make my mind up. I imagine its an easier decision if you have a broken light, or they need replaced anyway My D3 Build Thread

Mike was just looking over this as I have just purchased a set off advanced but noticed your high beam seems to be white light as well as the rest. Have you managed to do this with an upgrade bulb or is it the full module upgrade pal?

Okey dokey. I have heard them mentioned on here a lot but thought they were for normal headlights not the high beam (so to speak). Best place to buy anyone D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

Osram Night Breakers are a higher brightness bulb for all applications. Luckily on the halogen D3 headlight, the high beam and low beam use a standard H7 bulb. This means Night Breakers in all 4 bulb holders. Freelander SE 2005 Auto.

£190 from AF.
Not a direct replacement, but easy enough. Hardest part is trimming the fog light bezels, or running the wiring behind the front bumper, without taking the bumper off
Mike how have you mounted these exactly? I got mine this week for my D3 which were orderd with ease and arrived within a couple of days from AF. Had a mess late this afternoon thinking I will probably just get to mount them and then wire at a later date. The problem I have had is that the existing mounting points are 2 x 25mm plastic lugs and 1 x 75mm lug of plastic thereabouts that stick out with mounting clips and holes and only 1 of the 4 mounting points can be used on the new unit. I have tried to mount them on the rear of the mounting points to save cutting the cowls and was going to try so called negative spacers or washers behind the mounts but there is already 2 pieces of plastic that stick out at the back of the original mounting points as reinforcement for the plastic I think thus creating there own spacer if anything slightly too much so not sure why you would need additional spacers?I have drilled a small hole and fitted a new clip on the 75mm lug but even then the new unit is very slightly out once the cowl is refitted and there is still some movement as the other 2 mounting points just float in mid air and not lined up with any plastic mounting area's so unable to just drill new mount points. I have attempted to make 2 offset brackets so the new unit is secured better but still not great. Have also looked at mounting as per the originals and cutting the cowl but still the same probs with mounting points. Anyway it had gone dark so popped the old units back in for now but it looks like I will need to make some sort of brakets or offsets in Order to mount more secure and be able to centre. Need for a rethink that's for sure and they will definitely be installed one way or another was just wondering what Mikey and others have done or is there a difference in some of the bumpers and mount points? Any idea's or advice welcome as I'm sat here abit glum now specially since I've disconnected the old led ring inside the fogs D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo
