Electric steering wheel adjuster didn't exist on 2006 HSE's. First time I actually saw it was on a friends 2008 HSE, he still has it, saw it today. No idea if it was standard or an option though. He bought it used. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
2010 D4 HSE (A bit bling)-GONE
